Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Accepting articles: The deadline is March 31 for the April edition and September 30 for the October edition of each year.
  • Each author will have a maximum participation in two papers in each issue.

Citations in the text:

Our template is using this style. 

1) One author: Sartori (2006) or (Sartori, 2006).

2) Two authors: Blackwell and Spafford (1987) or (Blackwell and Spafford, 1987).

3) Three authors: Gomes, Vieira and Hamza (2018) or (Gomes, Vieira and Hamza, 2018).

4) Four or more authors: Yasuda et al. (1997) or (Yasuda et al., 1997).
