Use of Agricultural Energy Biomass for the Production of Electric Energy
Resumen
The Brazilian agribusiness is one of the main responsible for the development of the national economic sector. However, a significant amount of waste is produced daily and, when not used in some way, it generates gases favorable to the greenhouse effect during its decomposition process, making it the biggest problem faced by the agro-industrial sector. Gaining more and more space, the generation of energy through biomass is already highlighted among the most used renewable energy sources in Brazil and in the global energy matrix. Given the scenario where environmental damage, caused not only by dependence on fossil fuels, adds up to major problems, in addition to the recurrent ones caused by climate change and lack of strategic planning. The use of waste generated by agroindustry has gained more and more utility, as it offers numerous environmental and economic advantages, being considered a source of clean and renewable energy with enormous potential for application.
